Is it possible to make the text of a blog post different than the title tag?

For example, I want the link under "blog posts" to say "skin care creams".... but then on the actual "skin care cream" page I want the html title tag to say "skin care cream reviews".....

If I change the title tag to "skin care cream reviews".... the link on the homepage to blog post will say "skin care cream reviews"... but I don't want it to say reviews....

I think there is a way to edit it taxonomies or permalinks but I'm not sure how or where? Somewhere in WP Yoast plug in settings but where?

    Same thing for categories too....

like if i want the category to say "avon"... but the actual page to say "avon reviews in the title tag"... how do i do that?

    Thank you

Thanks so much Travanx... I never knew that feature existed till now... it's very helpful and I will use it a lot...

It doesn't quite change the homepage tho.. under guest post what if i don't want the world "review" after every post...... but on the actual page I want the word "review" in the title AND the H1 or WP Page title? I noticed that if I rename the H1 and put "review" after it, it will start saying review on the homepage link too...

I just don't want a bunch of links on the home page saying

    abcd cream review
    hahaha cream review
    blueblue cream review

    just

    abcd cream
    hahaha cream
    blueblue cream

but on the actual page for "abcd cream" I want it to have "abcd cream review" in the title AND H1... but If I put "review" in the H1 the links on the homepage under blog posts will all say "review" after them...

You can go to SEO yoast dashboard and then to titles and metas section. After that you can click on post types.
For post section title template will show something like this %%title%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%

You can change that to "%%title%% Reviews" for you to append reviews to every post on your blog.
You can do the same with pages

Thanks for the tip Leo29.. it works to add the word "review" to the title tag.... however the H1 doesn't say "review" after it... How do i fix it without it saying "review" on the links on the homepage in the sidebar to the blog post?

however the H1 doesn't say review..... if I remove it from the page title...

I want the home page to say "ABC Cream" and that link to go to a page with the h1 as "ABC Cream Review".... not just browser title but H1... How do i do that?

I know it must be possible cause i see lots of review blogs doing it...
