So i have been stuck at position #8 for my main keyword and my other main keyword at #15 so what i decided to do was a pyramid link structure.

This is an example of my page but not the real page
say my site is about dog training so www, dogtraining, com and the bottom of that page i have anchor text that say dog training new york then on that page i have anchor text that says dog training manhattan then on that page i have about 20 long tailed keywords related to dogs training + manhattan.

My question is my site now has 4 levels is this okay or will google not reach that far into the website?

Sounds like you are confusing the spiders and they are conflicting where to place your site in natural search rank position due to all of those keywords. What is your content like, is it targeted or is the site just full of ads?

The answer, like most things with search engines, is: maybe.

It is very difficult to tell from this example whether the search engines will dig deep enough into your site to index all of the pages you want them to. If you have a huge authority site that has millions of pages of quality unique content (wikipedia for example), the search engine bots will spend the extra time to crawl and index millions of pages.

There are a few things you can do to improve the chances of the search engines indexing more of your pages:

    1. Keep the site structure as flat as possible. EG dogtraining.com/manhattan-dog-training.htm is more likely to be indexed than dogtraining.com/locations/new-york/manhattan/manhattan-dog-training.htm.
    2. Build links to those important pages found deeper in your site, not just your home page. Search engines are much more likely to index a page that has outside links pointing to it than a page that only has internal links.
    3. Make sure you have an xml and an html sitemap on your site. Search engines use the xml sitemap to index pages on your site and the html sitemap provides a page of actual links to every page found on your site, increasing your chances of indexation even further.
    4. Have as much unique, topical, keyword-rich content on each page of your site as possible. In the end, this is what search engines are looking for. If you can provide them with this sweet nectar, they'll keep coming back for more.
Hope this helps! Feel free to PM me with any questions.
