SEO SpyGlass + Disavow links?

    Hey, I think I may have damaged something in the link building process. Should I scan for links with SEO SpyGlass and disavow those that don't pass any good juicy?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    As far as disavowing links is concerned, it depends..
    If there's been no penalty, nor have you noticed a drop in traffic, I would just try to remove those links, but not disavow them.
    One person told me that actual people look at disavow requests, and perhaps you don't want Google to audit your site just yet.
