SEO Sales Lunatic | SEO Sales Video Series | SEOs Gone Wild

I miss seeing more threads like these on BHW. I have a couple inside sales reps that I have also started making them watch and follow your videos! :)

I'm surprised this question hasn't been asked yet but out of curiosity I know you talk about $500 profit margin from each sale a month. If you wouldn't mind answering, how much are you charging and which package are you selling using market mongoose to achieve this goal?

Anyways keep up the great work! I have subscribed and am looking forward to your following videos.

My lead generation system finds companies who are already advertising online, automatically.
I put in some keywords, and it spits back 10-20 companies in a specific market who are perfect candidates. Low hanging fruit.
Have you automated your lead generation process?
how much are you charging and which package are you selling using market mongoose to achieve this goal?
hmmm...

Wow this is the best freakin idea someone could have ever came up with. and for FREE!? ONLY ON BHW!! I think I love you Schwagoo. No homo stuff.

And you came right in time! I'm about to start my own seo business also. Surely I will be following up with your vids! I'm stoked. Thanks Schwagoo.

EDIT: Already watched both vids. Noticed I came in a little late lol Awesome stuff.. The only issue with me is the cold calling. But as you said, after doing your research it's not really cold calling. I think i'm still hiring some telemarketers from odesk as well though.

Question:

Do you meet with every single client? or do you close some on the phone?

Thanks!

Hi I'm Brian and I spent the last month building an explosive sales process for selling SEO.
I designed this process to produce the MOST AMOUNT OF PROFIT WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF WORK.

My objective is to branch out my local SEO business on a regional/national/global scale, and I am inviting you to join me in this endeavor.

This video series will be a mix of sales training and reality show. The editing will be rough, as I am an SEO sales guy and not a professional video editor.
I will be posting new videos in this thread every couple of days.

The videos topics will include:
-Live sales calls by ME and my Team.
-How to find great prospects.
-How to find a prospect's PAIN, and how to cure that pain with your solution.
-Handling Objections
-How to CLOSE! CLOSE! CLOSE!

This isn't just words on your screen. I am inviting you into my office to share what I am doing, and you can join right along if you desire.

Some of the video posts will be detailed and informative, and some will be short and sloppy like a snooki truckstop quickie.

Whenever I close a sales, I will chug a beer. And if my team closes 3 sales before noon, we will all get hammered and go bowling or something fun. (also on video).

Hit subscribe if drinking beer, selling SEO, and making money interests you.

Yes my team has automated our lead generation into a pretty awesome sales dashboard. We offer this system free for our resellers. PM me for more info if you would like. We don't charge anything. We just want to help you succeed and make cash with us :) THAT is what it's all about my friends.

My service rates vary by the prospect/project. Basically I like to get an idea of what they are currently spending before I throw around prices. I don't want to leave money 'on the table' by saying that my packages are $xxx. if they are already spending $x,xxx. -know what I mean? The more money they can spend, the more services I can provide for them, and the more I can help.

If this is the case how do you have your website set up? Do you not advertise the prices on your site? Looking forward to the next installment. Cheers!

Correct. For my offline SEO company, I do not publish prices on the website. All sales are handled by me of my sales people.

Next video will hopefully be posted Thursday. Already shot it, just need to find time to edit it.

Do you deal with your clients onpage SEO?
How often do you have to meet up with them usually?

For on-site SEO we run it through SEOMOZ to get a 'grade' for each page they are trying to rank.

For my local (like, in my city), I have an account rep that meets with the clients once per month. Some are fine with telephone updates/meetings instead of us driving around town.

For my current campaign I am targeting remote city markets, in which case I will likely never see the clients unless I Just feel like taking a trip.

still working on the next video..very busy week.

What kind of website is best when starting an offline SEO/lead generation business? I'm building a landing page with UnBounce but do you think I should make an actual site? If so, can anyone recommend somewhere to get something like that designed for me?

Thanks!

Wow schwagoo good share.
But I swear if you dont share those telemarketing vids I will hunt you down lol jk
That is the part I need help with most of all (assuming its the same with others). My experience is doing marketing full time for a large ecommerce company. While that is great experience, I never really had to do too much selling other then to my boss :/
So now my experience with customers is somewhat lacking

Thanks for the epic share.
+rep for drinking Moosehead

First of all, upon threat of bodily injury from hadoken, I will be posting the first sales call video tonight. :D It's taking FOREVER to edit..bleeping out company names and such.

tjtigers,

I would recommend you have a nice looking site. I am not familiar with unbounce, but there are plenty of Wordpress themes that can make a SEO leadgen type site look pretty good.

I have used phoenixx on the forum for PSD design. Does a good job. I think he does WP designs too.

New video now rendering... will post when it uploads.

OK guys new video is ready. Formatting isn't perfect. But I said I would get it done tonight, so I'm not messing with it anymore haha.

What I am doing is just setting appointments. Getting past the gatekeeper, and getting to the decision maker using some basic psychology.

Here I set appointments. In the next call we will be doing our 'free consultation on their internet marketing' -or as I call it, closing.

Saturated market is saturated.
Desperate times call for desperate measures.
Check the SEO rapper video on utube...

BEST OF LUCK!

Fantastic videos, this is what it is all about.Nice positive tone on the calls. You also touched on a very important point, practice what you're gonna say before hand,it comes out alot more fluent and adds to the professionalism. The guy wanting to you to call him back in an hour,is a sale waiting to happen. If people generally choose the quickest time to to call them back, generally the same day at some point, they are seriously interested. If they take your number,it's 50/50 a brush off or they want to call back when they have more time to discuss it.Great work keep it it.
