    hey there guys!

I'm running 20+ adult blogs / review sites atm, and just came up with a new idea, however I have a question for you...

I'm working on a FHG script with some powerful options, but listing the images should look kinda stupid with a one sentence description under each thumbnail..I was thinking about adding the description as an image title, so it would look like

is this good for seo? I'm looking forward to host over 20,000 galleries from as much sites i can...what do you think?
    thanks in advance

i'm afraid it will look stupid..well...depends on the design..the text will be available under the root listing only..so it may be good...also, I don't have to display 100 galleries on one page... i can have like 3 thumbs in a row with descriptions..

    thanks;)

If you want to focus here on simply getting extra detailed text in that the search engines will pick up, don't forget the ALT tag that lets you provide as much focused info as you want. Used properly it's a "white hat" version of stuffing that the engines like rather than condemn.

Using the img title tag is good for SEO. You can also use the img alt tag in the same way. If you really want to get ghetto, you can use both, but don't make the the same. These tags work well, but the description has to support the semantic meaning of the words on the page. By removing captions beneath the photos, you achieve a cleaner look, but don't forget that the search engines need some supporting text to figure out what the page is about. For adult content, a picture may be worth 1,000 words, but poor googlebot cannot really appreciate the pictures :D

focus on the "alt" tag and put your keywords in it. also when you get a link frrom an image or link from an image use the keyword you want to rank for in the alt tag.

the alt tag will also show your pictures in the google pictures search.
