So my question is very simple.

In order to SEO and Google.

Imagine my main keyword is "opel cars"

Ok now, if I write these phrase keyword separate by puntuation, for example: "opel, cars" or "opel: cars"

Will google take it as if I write "opel cars"? Will it rank in the same way?

I know this sounds like a dumb question, and that all this have no sense, but trust me I really need to know this, I have a strong reason for asking this.

    Thanks all in advance

You can get slapped by Google for too much such anchors. They are unnatural and happen only if they are mispelled by people. Do you think that having 100% such anchors pointing to your site is good in Google eyes? Because I do not.
