Hi there,
We have a slightly different requirement for SEO than the standard practice. We are a direct marketing company and as such our needs differ somewhat. The way that we work is that we have a specific product that we market for a company. We utilise a number of websites that appraise this product and this is aimed at only one set of keywords. The result is that we then have a search result based on these keywords which has the first page+ with all of our websites that promote this product.
To explain this further we contact people over the phone to sell the product. The proposed client will then go and search for the product, so there is no competition, we basically feed them the keywords to search so that they then find the positive information regarding the product.
What we need from an SEO is to strengthen the ranking of these websites to ensure that we own at least the first page of the search result. There are currently nine websites that are part of this process, so we need to know the estimated cost involved to promote each of these sites and also how you propose to promote them. Our previous SEO used techniques like back-links to achieve this.
We are looking for quick results, at present the sites are currently taking up the first page however we sometimes get other sites that start to show so we want to protect the current search as well. We are happy for Black Hat SEO techniques to be used however we want the least exposure to the site being blocked as possible.
