I have an issue I'm not sure how to go about. I have a web site where I sell software products. I recently decided to redesign and power it with wordpress/woocommerce. I always purchase a domain for each of my products. In the past I would setup a whole new site for each product. Doing that can be very chaotic. Now with WP and Woo I can centralize all of my sales, logins, subscriptions, products, etc. For each product I plan to now create a main page for the product and I want to point each product's domain to Its product page on my site. My question is from an SEO standpoint how should this be approached? How should the domain be directed to the page? At the registrar (redirect), some apache directive, or maybe some WP plugin I'm not aware of that can handle incoming traffic from the addon domain (I'm using CPanel as well).

After that, will search engines still treat my .coms as their own sites? If I promote the domains they should be indexed ahead of the page linked on my software site right? I would like to know the proper way to go about this and the best SEO practice.

    Any insights are much appreciated.

    Thanks

For redirecting -- you can do it either at the registrar level (your registrar needs to provide the functionality though) or simple htaccess/nginx rewrite.

For indexing the main .com's , you will will have to let them idle until they are indexed (may be add a lightbox popup telling the user to go to the product page on your main domain) , and then ones the domain starts showing first in google , you can redirect it to the product page on your main domain . But doing so will get your single product domains to either disappear from google results after a while or they will show under your main site.
