Seems like one of the journeys I would be following. I have skimmed through your other posts and journeys you have posted here, and it really does seem like you know what you are doing so hopefully, this will be one more success!

It's all about knowing what works!
So this week I will focus on who my competitors are and what they do to generate the leads.
At the moment, I have figured out that there are BIG companies and SMALL companies in this industry. This means that there are no "middle" size businesses out there going for this, and actually, this is going to take hard work as lots of companies are going hard on the paid ads and NOT so much on the SEO side.
With this being said, lots of companies are neglecting the longtails as well as LSI keywords and that is a good thing as I will be able to rank in these THOUSANDS of keywords and get traffic!
The focus is on checking out the competition, figure out what they are doing and then focus on what I can do to outrank them as well as building a badass landing page to get the best conversion rates!
What I love about competition is that they are ALREADY making money and already know how the stuff works! This means they have spent A LOT of time and money to test funnels and landing pages and this way I CAN SAVE lots of money and time and just go, grab the info and apply it my way!
Unfortunately, I can't focus 100% on this project as I got other projects going on for me as well as an offline one, but I am selling a business of mine and getting rid of other projects so I can focus a lot more in this one.

This week was all about discovering and getting to know my competition.
I know people tend to "hate" their competition, but I love them as they tell me what works and what I can do to profit the most WHILE providing the best value and DOING IT my way!
Not only product-wise but also learning what topics they discuss, what keywords they rank for, what angles they focus on, what kind of ads they run and a lot more. Literally, getting to know your competition allows you to see what you should expect to grow to and what opportunities you can tackle to have an edge on them.
Due to time constraints, next week I will continue doing competition research and go with how they run their ads and what kind of landing page I should build.
I will end up the competition research once I have acquired:
> Their marketing funnels (Maybe even become their customer if I see fit)
> Their SEO efforts. (Backlinks, content, and keywords targetted as well as angles)
> Paid traffic (How they run their ads, what kind of ads they run, their landing page and so on)
> Engagement (How they engage with their audience and prospects.)
> Products (What they offer and how they solve people's problems)
Once I fully comprehend this information, I will start building the site to rank it (SEO) and I will start with a set of ads to my future landing page which I will start with a small budget of $5/day. The goal is to break even, then scale from there.
The goal is to generate leads, which then are sold to the service providers which then provide the service requested by the prospects. As leads will be sold to several companies (limited amount of course), prospects may be overwhelmed by the calls, but as long as they sell, the service providers will continue buying the leads.
Obviously, if prospects get too annoyed by too many calls, I will reduce the number of companies each lead will be sold to.
Following weeks I expect to have the site up and running as well as the first set of ads.

Been dead busy with offline projects!
Ok so I finally retrieved all the data I needed from my compatition and I will get started!
I built a Landing page that's similar to the ones my competitors use, this is to see how well it performs.
So now, I will start with paid traffic from search engines. I will start small at around $10-$20 a day and also remarket/retarget my audience through Facebook and Adwords/Bing.
I've seen people making up to 40% their revenue only from retargeting, so knowing that, I'm positive I will be able to do a lot of money from this as things start scaling.
I plan to start my first campaign this week with a starting budget of $100. I will be able to profit if I'm able to generate at least 3 qualified leads from those $100, so yea I got plenty of room to work on. Also as I will be retargeting people, I will probably get around an extra lead for every 3-5 leads I generate through the normal paid traffic.
My first goal is to hit $100 a day in profit, which I can do that once I figure out my ROI and how big I can scale this.
The longterm goal is still 120 leads a day, which is enough to be able to sell my business for $10MM in a few years down the road. I make around $70/lead, so I'm positive I will reach my goal
Also, I'm planning to go after native ads, but I will do so once I have a graphic designer under my sleeve to work on creatives and whatnot. In the meanwhile, I will work with SEM and SMM through retargeting.

Back from vacation and ready to go full steam ahead!
So as I previously said, I will first get started with paid traffic, as it's the fastest way to get targeted traffic to your site!
This way I will get to see how the traffic performs and start making money asap!
Now, obviously, I will also start retargeting through facebook and Adwords though I will first gather data through running ads and see how to optimize it, based on the competition and my own ideas.
Once I get the first lead I will update this thread and how I will continue to proceed.
In the meanwhile, I will also focus on what keywords my competition is targeting and what kind of sites they are working with.
It will be a long process, but I'm sure I will come over the top in the long run.

Ok, so I have to say that Bing is one of the biggest problems in this niche!
I was working with Bing but it seems the traffic there for my niche is not that much!
At the moment, I'm getting like 3-5 clicks daily from Bing ads and it's just too low to even get a lead! Not even that, but CPC is like $2 USD or so lol.
Am I giving up? Of course not! I will tweak my campaigns, target broader keywords and even go for angles. That should help increasing traffic and conversions!
I'll update when things start going well.
Ohh and in the meanwhile, I'm almost done selling my business! I will have more $$$ to invest and grow this even bigger!

I do have some question. Do you work with private companies, or using CPA offers which are available for publishers?
If you do work with companies personally, how do you approach/contact them?
I do work with both of them. Its easier to work with cpa networks though they will pay less and scrub your ass a lot more than service providers.
I contact service providers through phone to sell my services and tyen we sign a contract for x amount of months. Then i just start sending them the leads and they get wet down there due to the quality lol. Basically, i call them up, sell my services and sign the contract

These days I've been really getting tired of Bing as traffic is so low, I'm even #1 for most kws but still getting little to no traffic, which is not even good to make decent money.
So, I will go with other angles (same niche), still in Bing and see if I can turn a decent profit. I will go for a big angle and see how it goes. It certainly gets more traffic than the last angle, but this time I will get more leads and at least take a decent profit.

Sold my business around 2 weeks ago, which is GREAT!
I got more money to keep investing and I will continue to do so!
The plan is the same. Just working on some LPs as they are too complex programming-wise but I will have them ready next week at most.

Nope, I've not been slacking off people.
Since my last update, I've been searching and researching how I could decrease my CPC as it was CRAZY HIGH!
I was paying like $4 per CLICK! Every time a user clicked my ad, I paid a network $4!
Of course, it's insane so finally I found a vertical (in the same industry) where I can get lots of clicks for a lot lower CPC.
In the coming days, I will start everything to get the campaign started asap and start posting my stats in the thread.
