Hi guys, :eek::o

I have purchased a long tail keyword domain couple of weeks ago, but I didn't have time to work on it.

Today I have installed Wordpress and the theme (I will probably choose a different one, later) and I have started adding some articles, with pictures, headings, keywords, etc..

I expect myself to finish the whole website until tonight, since I have a whole day to do it.
However, I wonder, if I build this website today and I will make manually some SEO backlinks (from forums, blogs, social medias) when will it rank? Will it rank in a week, or how long does it take to rank in Google, for almost a brand new website?

Please let me know. :):cool:

Also if you have some favorite Adsense theme & SEO service, please reccomend it below, thanks:)

One does not simply ask when they will rank.

There's many variables, you could never rank at all.

I personally would not create backlinks on a brand new site with little content. Ask yourself this: How would anyone even find a new site when the search engines haven't?
Just add the site to GWMT and let them index it before you do anything.

I strongly recommend to add some content and optimize your on-page SEO first before building links. SEO isn't all about building links, it's also about making your website as crawlable, as helpful, and as user-friendly as possible. With regards to ranking, there's really no set timeframe to rank because all industries are different. However, given the fact that you have a longtail domain, I'm assuming that you are targeting a low-comp keyword. Based on experience, and also assuming you will employ "white-hat" SEO, I would probably give it 2-3 months to rank, considering it's a new website.
