Until now i ignored this problem , but today i needed some high pr links fast and it took me 1 hour just to find few threads in market place.

I think i am not the only one , it happens with all. There should be different sub sections for.

    High pr links
    • Blog posts on pbn
    • High pr comments
    • other links (for some thing like sape , Speed rank )

    On page seo

Local seo services (local directory submissions , reviews )

    Tier links

Paint it white (some thing like guest posts , increasing link diversity )

it will help both buyers and sellers.
(there are many people selling mixed packs and they should be moved to that mixed pack section )
I know it is time consuming work but if you will let sellers choose that in which section they want there thread then it will completed in less time.

Improvements have been made but yeah I agree that it would make it easier if the types of service were separated.

Yeah improvements have been made with the addition of the "SEO Packages" section. Totally get what your saying as a buyer, however from a sellers point of view I think its a bad idea. Splitting it up too much will kill traffic big time, I've already seen it happen with the Packages section, although I'm sure it will improve with time right now its usually around 1/8 of the ppl viewing it compared to "link building"

Also I think what your talking about was done completely years ago before my time even, It was secretboy my old partner told me about it, I think how it went down is like I mentioned above traffic diminished totally and they had to revert back to how it was. I wasn't here so can't comment on it but I seen the empty sections (they're gone now afaik), maybe some sellers from back then can tell you first hand how it went.

But yeah I get you as a buyer for sure, theres a lot more threads now than ever before too so that adds to it. My opinion is as a seller, but even I know theres a lot more threads there now thats why I'm always paying for stickies to stand out from the ocean in there and have moved a thread to packages now hoping traffic picks up there! So its a double edged sword for me I guess.

Yes, i understand that traffic will get divided. If there will be some thing like vip section (there is a home page with popular threads and threads from all subsections are listed there.) that will be quite similar to current seo-link building page.

I not asked for too many categories , even 2-3 categories will be enough.
currently there are 1940 threads in SEO-Link building (assuming that 70% are locked/inactive) but still 600 active threads is a huge number to be divide in 3 sections. (so there will be no category with 2-3 threads :) )

    Enter Marketplace.

    Top right-"search forum"------{high PR Links}

Should be a decent selection up there. Its hard to box off packages when most sellers are selling multi platform deals. The best way to do it is to take a note of good looking services when you see them then you will have a go to list when you need it.

that is a "seo-packages" section. but i never found any one selling "High pr links + local seo + tier links"
(even these 3 subsections will help alot)

Totally agree. Bookmark threads what you planning to use in the future and use search.

2-3 tags /kws for each bst would solve that without losing traffic.

SEO is most saturated market on BHW
and Even if you will start making sections you will need 10+ sections based upon categories of Services :D

I've bought a lot of stuff here and agree 100%. It's a royal pain in the ass to find what I'm look for without serious searching. It would be better to have some sort of category division.

That said, I can see why people like t0mmy would hate categorys from a seller's standpoint. It'd be a lot like other sub-sections on this forum -- I think of the "make money" section on BHW that has Adsense, ClickBank, Commission Junction, etc. There's a lot of good info in there but they don't have the visits that other sections have.

I'd rather see a higher standard of quality from BSTs and reviews from a mod that are more meaty rather than the "approved" verbiage. To me, this would cut out the crap in the BST section and help buyers and push the sellers to the top of the page without having to buy stickies.
