Can you send me link to your website?
Why is this thread not sticked yet?
Ton of value out there. This one totally deserves to be there, as there are some threads from 2015 (which don't work anymore)
Congrats @davids355, a lot of work has been put here.
@davids355 keen to do a 2018/2019 version for relevancy yet? Haha
Are there some parts of this guide that have become irrelevant since it's nearly one year later now? If so, could anyone point them out please? Thanks.
Is SEO in 2018 coming soon?
Very nice of you to say that
I am definitely going to do an updated guide for 2018/2019, not sure when, but I will certainly link to it from here when I do.
To everyone else that has replied here - thanks for all the comments and support of this guide; really appreciate it.
This is the well-curated SEO guide All. Thank you for you Informations.
It depends on a lot of factors. But you have to be patient with your SEO techniques.
Yes this is actually good. You can follow these tips for your new site.
Thanks @davids355 for this awesome post! Most helpful
So all the sites are ecommerce, I should also build ecommerce to compete better?
If all of the site in the top 10 are ecommerce then its unlikely that you'll rank an informational page. Although it does depend on the keyword and the competition in general. If you are set on a group of keywords where that is the case then yes, an ecom site would likely do better.
thanks a lot for your reply.
so if all the top 10 are parasite site- youtube, blogspot, vimeo etc -
it's better to go with another parasite site too?
and if top 10 are all informational sites like blog,
my ecom site won't be good to rank there?
When will update guide for 2018?
