    hi guys
I want to hire someone to do some SEO for my site, which is a legit business. I have done a lot of SEO already, but my site sometimes appears on page 2, sometimes on bottom of page 1. but it wont move to the top of page 1.
I dont think this is something that any average joe can do. So I need someone aggressive.
I have posted jobs on odesk, scriptlance. I even hired a couple of people, but they all ended up wasting my time. the people on these freelancer sites are mostly just starting to learn seo and they dont know what the hell they are doing. like i said, i need someone a lot more aggressive. so I am totally confused now. Where do i go?
by the way, what is a fair price to get someone to top of page 1 for a competitive keyword?
on odesk I was quoted something ridiculous like $50 and also I was quoted $200, and $500, per month.
so i dont know, i am just confused by all these choices.

Well definitley is true that it's hard to find quality SEOs. But like they say you get what you pay for. There definitley are some legit SEOs services out there.

PM details and I'll see if I can help or leave it if you want to pay freelance money ;-)

It totally depends on your niche, what it would take to reach the top and how easy it is to acquire those links. $200 might be fair, $20,000 might be fair, $100,000 might be fair.

uh...hu! so thats what they are using. I was checking the backlinks for a company that I know hired a very expensive SEO company, and the backlinks were on these high PR blogs. but they were not comments, they were like on the actual blog. I was so confused and didnt know how they got them there.
well, buildmyrank is closed to new members.
so my choices are linkvana and linxboss.
    which one is better?
is there other services similar to these 2?

Linkvana drops the links if you don't stay at least two months. Check out http;//www.linkvanareviews.com He evaluates a lot of backlinking companies and surprisingly does not reccomend linkvana anymore.
