SEO expert for the niche blog

Hi. I am looking for a SEO consultant who can help me rank #1 on Google.

For most keywords we want to be #1 we have dedicated own articles about (about 10 - 15 phrases). I have tested the keyword tool and competition is LOW, it should be easy to deliver even with a new blog and more target phrases. The blog is WordPress based, own VPS hosted. The content and articles are being finalized next week, the blog is new, not yet published. No interlinking done. The domain is registered since Sep 2022.

My expectations for the collaboration:

1. We discuss the keywords you let me know your rates and successes
2. I hand over the web credentials, you study the website and set the exact price for you do whatever it takes (I prefer white-hat methods) to get the site ranked #1 in its niche for the most important long-tail keywords.
3. If we agree we set the schedule, expected results and you run the project. (Expected start of the cooperation - next week. )
