I asked a potential SEO helper if they had a daily routine. This is their response:

"I cannot give the time of how many hours per work can be accomplished within a day because we are just depending on the sites submissions such as articles directory, social bookmarking, blogs and etc.

However, here are the lists of work per month that I proposed.

    Monthly Task and responsibilities:

    1. Manual Directory submission = 180
    2. Manual Article submission= 80
    3. Social bookmarking = 100
    4. Press Release submission = 20
    5. One way link building = 20
    6. Blog comment links = 10
    7. Search engine Submission = 30
    8. Two Article creation of more than 400 words.
    9. One press release creation of more than 400 words.
    10. One classified Ad creation.
    11. Classified ad Posting =10

    Other work wherever required.

    1. On page Optimization.
    2. Keyword research.
    3. Competitor Analysis.
    4. Heading tag changes.
    5. Alt tag changes.
    6. Interlinking
    7. Keyword density in site content.
    8. HTML Site Map.
    9. XML site map and Submission in webmaster tool."

I would think there should be more emphasis on content creation, yes? The list seems more like something from a couple years ago.

Any suggestions on how to edit the list?

I'm guessing they will automate a vast majority of that or fiverr it.Yes it is basic. Are you providing the content to the 80 article submissions.I think there is a market for highly skilled article spinners,I'm talking manual spinning at sentence and paragraph level. They will create enough unique content for 50-70 articles if done right.
Look for a thread by Matthew Woodward he has a video on this level of spinning.
I can't see the above doing much being honest and 90% can be done with automation.

Well, I'm hoping they would. I guess I'd sort of help at first to give them an idea of what I'd think was a good enough article, but hopefully they could do it without me.

I like where your "build a system" is going. I am interested in how this turns out.

I think asking better questions would help.

Budget is a big one. Is time or money more important. That affects a lot.

    In house or outsourcing staff?

How many sites, projects, and again cashflow --- are these clients and you get paid regardless and monthly?? or do you have to build the site and then get cash flow off the projects before you make profit? (notice different levels of risk in there)

Again, I really think you are on the right mentality to creating what you do.. fail to plan and plan to fail kind of stuff.
Just make sure you ask all the questions needed for a correct answer.

Think of yourself as a consultant to your own business. Without what you "like" doing in mind... what is the most effective and makes the most sense today for growth and profitability. Which is more important to you today...
Hope I helped - I do this for companies all day so I've gotten good at asking others the questions.
