Hey fellow Black Hatters...

My previous thread wasn't really all that "noticeable", so I thought it good to write an update.

Do you offer a service, but don?t know what documentation to create, use and send to your clients and/or prospects?

There is no doubt that you love what you do, but I bet the part you absolutely hate is creating, modifying and managing all the documentation that comes along with it.

I hate admin personally...

Everything from Project Proposal Templates to Invoices, Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, General Business Letters, Cover Letters, Prospect Letters, Thank You Letters, Legal Documentation and so much more has to be dealt with.

Finding proper templates, letters and documentation as well as guidelines to follow? making all the changes manually to fit your business needs, adding logos, customizing and modifying each template for each client or prospect and so on and so on is quite frankly a pain in the butt.

Now with that being said, I am in the process of creating a service that deals with all of this for you. It's about 70% complete and I need some input from you guys here.

Let?s look at an example:

Through your hard work and dedication, you find yourself a client or prospect. You would then simply log into DocuBuddy and load up your client or prospect.

Your next step would be to contact your client or prospect, so get DocuBuddy to do it for you. Select from a list of contact forms and the rest is handled by DocuBuddy.

Now you would need to send a proposal, again let DocuBuddy handle this for you. Select your desired document and DocuBuddy populates all your details as well as your client?s or prospect?s details.

Do your checks and balances and let DocuBuddy send it off to the client.

Let?s imagine for a second the client accepts the proposal. You would then need to set up a Contract and or NDA. Leave it to DocuBuddy. After all the hard work has been done, you obviously want to get paid. DocuBuddy will then make out an invoice in your name and send it to your new client. Brilliant!

Hopefully this gives you an idea of just how powerful DocuBuddy really is and what it can mean for you and your growing business.

Oh and of course it?s all done 100% Automatically?

Some of the features sofar include:

? Managing all your clients & business related documents in one place, i.e. project proposal template
? Create and send all your business documents 100% Automatically and from one central place
? Create and Send instant Proposals
? Create and Send once-off as well as recurring Invoices
? Choose from over 40 automated business documents
? Save, Export & Email all your documents from one place in PDF

DocuBuddy is launching soon and to as I mentioned I would appreciate all of your input as to what features you would like.

Lastly, I am debating whether I should add a Project Management Module to assist you in keeping a finger on what has been done, what needs to be done and basically showing you a to-do list. Obviously that's very basic, but I will expand on it if there is enough interest.

Hope to get you guys commenting on here...

By the way, if you want to be beta testers... go sign up (link is in my signature) and I'll notify some of you when testing starts.

Ciao

Sounds interesting mate.

I hope you can also expand this to more documents than SEO related, will be really useful :)

I've been chatting to ruoall on Skype and i can tell you that this is going to be a super handy service for both Offline and Online businesses :)

Think you might have a good one on your hands if it all works right.

Yes the PM deal would be great add on. That way a company can have all the designers, programers and writers linked up in one place and everyone could see whats going on and what still needs to be done.

Let me know when you have it up for testing. Would be willing to test it out and give feedback and when its ready go ahead and buy it if we get it working all right.

Oh my gosh I was looking for this type of service. If you ever need someone to check it out or test anything in it let me know. If not, I'll just wait for the launch! :D

Is there gonna be a monthly fee when it launches? Gonna sign up now to test it.

How are things going?
Is it going to be ready anytime soon? I am excited!

For sure mate...

For now it does not have the PM function, but I am working on adding it in due course.

Yes mate... for now the prices are set at $9.79 and $19.79 per month, respectively.

What kinda pricing are we looking at for your service?

Thanks.

Hi,

As mentioned above mate.

Should add [GET] in the title here...

Mmmh... how to I do that mate?

Things are going well. I had to redo the entire Invoicing part as I was not happy with the quality.

As for launch date, I am not too sure but it should be ready to rock in January if all goes well.

Quick update guys...

DocuBuddy is coming along nicely, but I need some more input.

As soon as its up and running I'm gonna ask the Mods if I can put up a little thread on here to sell the service as it will be limited to 500 people.

Will keep you posted.
