SEO - Content Website Solution

I am going to put together a content website...

I want to know what the best solution for this is that is good for SEO.

I know some of the solutions suck for SEO - b/c they use certain coding.

I am not a coder, so will you please recommend a solution?

Hi, Go for a Joomla solution with a SEO component and you got a flexible and stable website solution .. I have been doing Joomla sites since early begining when it was only Mambo .. Joomla is the way you want to go .. =)
