Hi so I need someone who is experienced in SEO and fimiliar with ahrefs. I want to go over my clients website in a short skype call. I have got full access to ahrefs. It seems like my client bought too many bad bad links of fiver. I'd like to know if there is a way to solve this and how he can further improve his ranking. It is a local business.

Bad links can be removed via disavow - I dont know how much it works
if they done by Fiverr - Make your customer to get the credentials of the accounts created - Just login and delete those. Simple.

Other than that, built more quality backlinks - Niche relevant backlinks which reduces the spam score.

First of all, This is not the right place for consulting.
Anyway, You should remove those bad backlinks using disavow.
And You can give high quality backlinks for your site regularly.
It will give you some boost for you.
