Seo blacklisted words

Does some words are blacklisted by google ?
i was trying to rank for the word : " pirater " in french it means Hack AND there is no search volume avalaible for this word on google ads
when i wrote a sentence with this word, there is no search volume results

i was ranking 4 youtube videos with 2 of them with the word " pirater " on it and i was flagged too the others no


but i see several websites ranked with that famous keyword meaning HACK
do you have any idea ?
