SEO And IM For Dummies

hey everybody, i have been a member here for the past 5 months and browse the forum on a daily basis. i wanted to know what it takes to be a successfull IMer. What skills do you have do you know html? or just wordpress? Vaguely what your doing? and where is a good place to start learning the basics of IMing, such as Seo,link building, and all that? what experience did you have when you started IMing.

what are you pros that are currently, making money, what skills do you have?

would just knowing wordpress be enough for a successfull IMer or should i i know the programming langauges? or is the time taken in programming a website a waste and just wordpress is more effeicennt.

It doesn't matter you're doing SEO, linkbuilding, so on and so forth. What matters is how persistent you are.

If you have 0 knowledge about html and manual coding, just do wordpress.

I'm not sure why you'd need much of a programming skill here. Maybe if you're like that spk-kid tryin' to exploit youtube.

You need some marketing skills. Start with the basics. E-whoring. It requires 0 programming whatsoever. There are even fixed templates available here to get you off the ground.

I had ZERO experience when I first started IM, this february.

It's like learning to ride a bike, this game. You have to get used to falling and rising. Once you get the hang of it (balance), you can take it to the "national level racing" AKA being able to compete in a compeittive environment.
