Hey guys,

Lets say I have a site in the area of "replica rolex's" and cop a Permanent Google Ads ban for selling replicas and targeting the keyword "rolex" repeatedly, will this hinder my future SEO efforts?

If you're manually reviewed and were found to be using blackhat methods on your adwords... of course it should effect your rankings on the search engine.

Keyword Density is only 3.8%, the slap was for selling an un-licenced trademarked item.

If you mean that you have been banned from Adwords, then it's likely you've broken their TOS. The ban is for the Adwords account, so your website does not get blacklisted for SEO purposes. Go ahead and SEO it!
