You can buy crypto / usdt in binance using any card, and then send that usdt to any wallet

if you have a ready CC that was link to your Payoneer, why dont use trust wallet to buy usdt? Just add a little penny for gas fee if you really dont want to use Binance

P2P didn't cause this but the seller's fund did it. I've been using P2P since 2 years without a single issue. You should verify seller's reputation before dealing.Just don't buy from random sellers
