I have a partner who wants to send 5000 emails daily to unique email addresses. We have a mailing list that has built over many years for a unique niche, the emails are said to be clean although it has taken many years so there must be expired addresses.

There is no domain for now, we just want to send and receive emails. The content will be well designed with new infographics every day, we don't expect to be reported for spam too much.

What is the best email hosting service to do this?
Are there any that let you send that volume? For example, protonmail says maximum of 100 people per email so that's 50 emails a day which no doubt won't work. Gmail accounts, not even going to try. I hate them.

There is a budget for this so paid services are an option.

Mailchimp is one of the most known with a lot to offer. GetResponse, if you want something more affordable.

getresponse wont work with protonmail but I'll test them out with their free service and a gmail for a week

You may also think about having your own hosted server configured for mass mailing. There are good providers on BHW.

First buy a domain and warm it up on your email sends
As stated on the op there is no website. There is no current need for one either. I am going to start sending emails tomorrow. Test out getresponse and mailchimp's free offers.

You do not need a website, just a domain then create email address in your cpanel.. no website needed, You have heard of mailchimp omnivore? They will suspend you just for uploading an email list!

When you say "that volume" do you mean that low? Because this volume is nothing so you can just use almost any VPS provider and get your mass mail server done from fiverr.

1. Warmup a few .com domains I’ll say about 6-10 of them

2. Get a email sending service like woodpecker or lemlist (you’ll need 10 gold plans lemlist account to send 5k emails daily)

3. Lemlist might be your best bet because they have a warming up feature on each plan

4. Clean the emails daily before you send, if you only sending 5k daily... only clean those 5k emails before sending, you can find a good cleaning tool... if it’s too pricey, find a cleaner person on fiverr they’re super cheap!

5. I would A/B test different headlines & different body.

6. Try not to use links in your 1st email, write good copy.

7. If all that seem like too much work, hire a VA that already skilled in this to do it. They normally have their own systems and you’ll only be paying for domains & their hourly fee.

I used to do it myself, but now I have a team of VA’s doing it for me and it’s worth it.

My one VA train other VA’s and manage them for me so its a hands off process for me now.

Amazon SES best solution for bulk mail. If you don't want to pay anything you can use AcelleMail.

After seeing that i dont know why users still suggesting you companies which are most notorious and take automated actions which is suspension obviously. So dont waste your time with mailchimp , blue , green or yellow sites cause their TOS are Exactly same.

1) Get one expired domain with nice (DA)
2) Link that with SMTP
3) Build reputation

All good.

Try mailchimp

Mailchimp!! what if these emails never signed up to get newsletters or spammy emails. Mailchimp is not good IMO. In my case I only had like 3000 emails once and may be 200-400 emails did not sign up for the newsletter and I got some warning.

Very well said, I was laughing at Mailchimp as I have a personal experience with it, very expensive and crappy.

Lol, I'm sending emails to scraped lists by mailchimp. No problem at all

before you start sending emails, you should clean your email list. A good option is getbouncer and then start emailing. As your email list is just around 5k, gmass/cleverreach/lemlist are good options for you to try as they will not have instant ban on your account. The listed free options in this thread will not be a long term solution for you and eventually you would have to change your providers, so better start with the ones which will last long.
