    Hi

I'm starting a CPA campaign, i checked the offer and it allows foreign traffic. However, when i checked the landing page it was all in English, not the native tongue of the visitor.

How can they allow foreign traffic if the page is in a different language?

afaik usually foreign traffic is redirected to some other offer which is available in visitor's language.

The primary reason is likely that most of their sales don't come from foreign countries and secondly, English has become the international language of business.

But the offer specifically says it allows traffic from this country.
