What do you guys think about the idea of sending a customer a follow up hand written thank you letter? I have a girl that does my content and support, so I'd just get her to do it. Also there is a company that does it for $3/card but that seems a bit expensive. My products are $100+, so it's not like I'm doing 50 per day or anything. But here's the thing, my customers are one time buyers, so it's not like they'll get this in a month and think "hey, I'll go buy something." So is it kinda a waste of time to do? Or is it a good way to brand and make a name for ourself?
