Sending 3000 emails a week- what software can do this best?

I also want the emails to appear as if they are sent from a person, NOT a newsletter.

I've read quite a bit about this and think the people writing about this usually mean sending 50k emails a day plus- which is not for me.

Will I need things like the SMPT?

    Thanks

Have you heard of groupmail or automatic mail sender?

Honestly, if its just 3,000 per week I'd go with something like Aweber.
They let you import leads now, so the easiest thing to do would be to split your 3,000 into batches of 1,000.
Import then, and say that you are bringing them from another client such as GetResponse and they should approve the import.
I think for 3,000 leads it would cost $30/month for unlimited sending.

Do you know the bounce rate? Because its its higher than 5% your gonna have a lot of emails flagged

Pay a freelancer to clean the emails for you.

    This is the cheapest way:

    Buy vps [$20 - $50]
    Buy 2 ips
Pay someone to setu interspire with rotating ips because you need to setup a load of other things. Here on BHW there is a tutorial and guide on how to do it.
Go to SMTP.com and buy the cheapest package 10k for $15
I send out 200 an hour from each IP.

But seriously clean your lists also check your email score out.

If your sending out real blackhatstuff then expect your ips to get burned quick...

For emailing go for linux vps.

Interspire + sendgrid or critsend for sending upto 3,000 emails per week.

Get Atomic Mail Sender + SMTP from Sendgrid/Mandrill (Mandrill gives 12K relays for free) and they WILL look like they are sent from a real person.
Unlike Aweber/Mailchimp no unsubscribe links are autoimatically inserted when you use a desktop mailer.

I think Aweber would be perfect for you.

EDIT: Just read that you don't like the unsubscribe. Nevermind...

That unsubscribe button is going to save your ass. Legally and profit wise. There is no point in emailing people that dont want to hear from you over the long term. It could get you in hot water depending on where you live for not letting them unsub and it will hurt your delivery to all the others on the list when people are clicking the spam button on you.

Also this isn't SEO related, wrong forum.
