Semalt just killed some of my traffic

I couldn't understand why my traffic was dropping like flies until I accessed the analytics. Been going on for almost a month now it took over like half of my traffic idk if I can recover again. I blocked it on google analytics but not sure if this is enough.

I think they have spambots crawling all over my site and it took over my organic words and almost everything became semalt as the referr page instead of the organic keyword I used to get.

Did you contact them and ask them to stop? and did you check for manual penalty

I have not contacted them. They have a guide to remove their crawlers from their site but I think im too dumb to find where the remove button is on their site. idk if theres a manual penalty or not but im 100% sure it was a penalty.

ok so I blocked it on wordfence and google analytic and STILL keeps coming back wtf
