I'm selling atleast 2 vpses a day of a popular managed vps company and they pay me $70 per sale after 90 days, if the buyer retains the vps for 3 months. I think I have developed into a highly seasoned Looser Spotter. The loosers at DP is to whom I sell these vpses. I find three or four desperate souls in there to make money and tell them that putting their sites on a VPS atleast for 6 months would give their sites an enormous boost for the SEO of their sites. I do give them a few things that they could use as well, to keep them happy. These days Im giving them wordpress plugins to run autoblogs. They are all noobs and know nothing about keywords, and are just fascinated about loading their vpses with tens of thousands of back dated posts on their blogs every day, dreaming all the time about how much each of those posts would make for them in about 6 months time. It is pretty direct marketing. And the conversion rate is 50%. No bulk mailing, no landing page no nothing. I just chat with them, convince them that I'm an expert (my id has a good rep there ), and offer them the VPS with all the freebies that would help them make money. Do they really make money? Well, I feel sad about that. The smart ones make money what ever they do. The noobs end up spending all their money and learn nothing and end up in a full time job doing shitty work for someone else. Is what I'm doing bad? Well, most affiliate landing pages that I have seen are bullshit. How to make 24 billion dollars in 24 hours ebook for just $25. People buy that. Is what I am doing wrong?
