Selling .us domains with no citizenship/contact person?

Ok so from what i understand, you can't register a .us (theoretically) without a contact person if you're not a us citizen. My regger didn't ask for anything like that and i bought a bunch.

Can i sell these .us domains without problems? I read that you could lose the domain without compensation if they find out, no idea how true this is tho...

You can do whatever you want with your domain but if someone complains about you not being a US resident you will lose it.
It is as easy as filling this form:
http://www.whois.us/whoiscompliance/ComplaintMain.jsp

Thanks for the information I didn't know that, I bought 11 .us lately but I don't think anyone will complain in the place I will be using them

You can reduce the risk of being noticed by using a fake US address.

Actually I have used billing address of my paypal which is my original address, but as I said in the place where I am advertising very few people might know whois. Anyways I will consider doing this next time I buy a .us thanks.

its risky , try to use US addresses and sell it ASAP
