If you don't want to reveal your secrets in the open, feel free to PM me your info and we can chat that way. Otherwise, I'm building sites for local businesses in a certain niche with roughly 30 hits per month on the currently focused keyword. I'm yet to build the site yet, but the plan is to build the site, rank it, and then sell it to the customer since the site is already ranked and getting traffic. I'm wondering how to go about it: Do I simply build a "b-stock" website with general info and toss their phone number on the front page? This seems like the easiest approach, but would possibly grant a lower conversion rate. Do I build them a specific site for their website? This is the least likely in my opinion, a lot of work for someone that can drop me at any second. Or, do I 301 redirect to their site after building a decent site? This seem easy, however if their onsite SEO is poor the site could drop in SERPs and make me work again. Is there something I'm missing? Please, I would love the help!
