Selling starter sites on Flippa

Flippa is a tough market these days - most buyers expect revenue stream and starter sites harder to sell. A lot of buyers on Flippa have had poor experiences where revenue drops off after the sale b/c of some undisclosed issue that the sellers obviously knew about buy buyers did not.
