Hi guys, I have a site that i built within literally 20 minutes. I did some dirty whitehat SEO on it (create 20 manual web 2.0 and blasting with scrapebox) as well as getting some blog network links to it.

It makes like $300 a month easily, but my question is: If someone buys my site, and it gets penalized the next month can they claim their money back?

    Thanks

No. If you present all the data to the buyer (ie earnings history, traffic data etc.) and the site is not making money off anything illegal (ie copyright infringment etc) and you do not make any ridiculous claims or guarantees, once the sale is made what happens after is done.

The buyer will be responsible to do his due diligence in investigating the site etc. before purchasing.
