    Hi,

I'm not from the US but from Sweden, and also live in Sweden.

I have a site ranking for a good local keyword in the US (ex. atlanta dentist) that would be easy to rent out or sell to a local company.

I would love it if someone who is more experienced came in and sort me out here.. Is this possible or would I have to have an account of some sort, or perhaps even pay tax in the US?

Please let me know how to proceed.

    Regards,
    mohnikinsiz

I'm almost certain that you'd have to pay taxes to the US Internal Revenue Service. I can't post the link, but if you Google "U.S. Tax Withholding on Payments to Foreign Persons", the information should be the first search result. If you can replicate your results for a few different sites, it would be easier to find someone in the US to be your Withholding Agent.

You only need to pay taxes in Sweden, but I am not accountant though.
