Croatia is set to join the EU as the 28th member soon, but if they do the EU wants them to stop selling Prosek as Prosek because its to clause to the protected name of Prosecco that Italy sells. What would happen if someone got a domain from any eu nation or .eu and was selling Prosek under the name Prosek after the ban, or got a .com website and also was shipping to customers under that name in the EU,without changing the name based on geoip location.
