    Hey,

I run a clothing company, and we're physically selling items via instagram, facebook and twitter.

We haven't fully implemented the facebook and twitter yet, but they're active.

With the instagram, in less than 48 hours we've got roughly about 305 followers, not fantastic, but considered 48 hours ago we didn't exist, we're doing ok.

I'm looking at methods of increasing my likes, interaction and well I guess in the end my Sales of my items. They're all high quality garments, and have proved popular, I am just looking at expanding to other market places in the world rather than focusing on UK based.

Is there any scripts I can use to implement following, liking or commenting? I'd rather not spam too hard, but I'd love to expand my horizon.

    Thanks for any help!

It is, and it isn't. I've found that I've stagnated in facebook page views and what not, and it's not expanding.

I think Facebook is still worth investing time into. I recently had been working hard on an Instagram account and the conversion rates weren't stellar, but if you're able to combine both, then maybe you'd get results.

Facebook is where the grandmas hang out. Instagram is good for clothes and make sure you have the link in the bio. Seeing as its the only place that allows links.

IG sucks when it comes to followers compared to let's say twitter. Just try following and liking all the stuff in your niche. That's really all you can do.

Use a bot if need be and I suggest tompots bot only cause its one of the only public bots around.

I've been looking up hash tags relevant to my market, and following mostly the big followers, and re-posting pictures from my Look book from SS13 before my SS14 launch. And whilst we're following a fair few, we've had good interaction, but none of it is turning in to positive leads.

Doing it all manually. I've had a look at your signature previously, but I don't want to pay. Sorry.

Lol no pay. No play. You need to invest to gain my man so you'll have 0 leads forever with the poor man mentality.

If you don't want to pay, then good luck doing everything manually. The bots is how a lot of businesses get up and running. Either you bot, you or pay for advertising spots like ad words or facebook ads, or you give items to blogs hoping they have genuine high traffic.

I'm promoting my business, just started officially yesterday. As I make more accounts, I'll be able to reach 30k people a day, and I'm aiming for more. The more people (right demographic, of course) who see your product, the more likely they'll be to buy. Atleast thats how I think.

So you want to sell your clothing but you don't want to pay for a bot or social advertising? Your clothing brand will not go far with that mind set.

Yeah ok granted, it was the wrong attitude.

I've been using bots since we last spoke about this, and yeah users and likes are up, general web traffic is up, still not converting though.

Paid methods available to help build my visitor base?

Since this thread, my websites SEO ranking is ranking for streetwear, streetwear UK, street wear brands ect, but conversions again are still small.
