Hey guys, most of you probably already noticed these accounts, that are selling pictures and videos over DM, asking for PayPal or Paysafecard, etc.
I had an account before where i used some tumblr girls pictures and gained about 30k on that Account.
If I would`ve sold her `pictures without clothes`i probably could`ve made quite a bit of cash.
Would it be illegal to sell pics , that you don`t own and if yes can u get into big trouble?

I hope you understand my question! (english isn`t my mother tongue)
    Thanks

First off selling ANYTHING which isn't yours or you don't have permission to sell is STEALING.

So morally and legally its wrong. It's also against all of Instagram's rules so you also risk getting your account banned PERMANENTLY.

If that wasn't enough if your plan of selling: "Pictures without clothes' means pornographic then you could face being arrested for selling porn in a place which could be accessed by children. (You can have an IG account at 13)

Last but not least the original image owners could sue you for loss of earnings and copyright infringement of their work. $$$$

So yeah I'd avoid it if you'd like to keep your 30k IG page, not get a criminal record and not get your ass sued...

Buy proxies with bitcoins, use a VPN as well, makes sure you way of payment is anonymous (fake paypal account, bitcoins, ect) and I'd feel pretty safe doing it.

You risk your account being banned, but that just means you should have more than one account so you don't have all your eggs in one basket.
