Selling Personal Information

So on my site people can fill out a form with their email, address and phone etc.

I was wondering if i could gather this information and sell it.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

its called coreg. some affiliate networks allows that kind of information. they usually pay you 0.1$ each person if the person is us residence. Maxbounty got that option. if you got any questions I can try to help you.

The good thing is that Maxbounty got like 3-5 advertisers that want that information so you will be earning 0.3-0.5$ each person you got. How big is your database ?

You need to explicitly state in your Privacy Policy what you will do with the information gathered and you need to make sure users can easily access the Privacy Policy before entering their information.

That said, e-mail lists can be sold if they are highly targeted (niche, country etc.).
