Selling on Ebay and Paypal

Hi,
I haven't made a paypal and a ebay account for awhile so I just have a couple of questions. First is do i need a verified paypal to sell on ebay?
Also, will a vcc verify the account.
Lastly if the vcc does work can i just withdraw my ebay earnings using the check method?

yes, you can verify it with a vcc, and yes you can ask a check if you are from USA.
