Selling my Methods - Advice/

Hello all.....

I've spent a month and a half perfecting two methods of marketing on CL. These methods produce but involve a bit more work than I'm interested in doing.

I've put together an 8 or 10 page eBook and included sample ads and landing pages as well.

Would Clickbank be a viable marketing option? I worry about their virtual no-questions-asked return policy since my asking price for this eBook will be in excess of $50 (possibly near $100).

Would I be better off marketing here in BST and DP and accepting something like MoneyBookers or would ClickBank make more sense for something like this?

Any suggestions?

clickbank makes no sense for selling methods.
and to sell on dp for 100$,you will need strong reviews and then also deal with disputes.
you are more better selling it here.
btw i wanna buy if its a unique method.(i mean if not shared on the forum)

I was thinking of limiting it to 10 or 20 copies in case I decide to stay with it. I don't want to completely ruin the strategies. One of the strategies is definitely unique. The other strategy is unique as well, but less creative and more common sense stuff that appears to get overlooked alot.

I guess the ClickBank comment makes sense.

paydotcom scares me a bit.....anything involving paypal scares me....I was a Platinum Powerseller in another life and can't remember how often I got beat for product. I guess I could deal with it though if need be.

All....I've already received a few PMs expressing interest. I just wanted to make it clear that should I sell this on BHW, I'll be getting approval and putting it in BST.

it depends.....

are your methods uniquely original and your own? or are they a blended, mix match of other methods?

do your methods really work? or is it something that sounds good on paper but product no results?

What is your price tag? are you looking for 100 dollars a pop? or are you gonna be happy with 9-20 bucks....

if these methods PRODUCE but require work? why not outsource the work yet keep the methods to yourself?


ok, imo, if you wanted fast cash, you could sell it on dp. Yes, you could make fast cash, depending on how well the method is and how well the book is written....but then Get ready to give out review copies, get ready for charge backs, get ready for complaints from freeloading trolls, get ready to get banned.

if you are looking for some cash, sell at clickbank....but imo, you won't make money over night....cuz you're not benefiting from the traffic that DP has....

If what you COULD DO.....is make a 1-2 page report about your method.....a free report that doesn't give away your method, but give teases and hints. Then in the report redirect the reader to your CB page with the actual product.

This accomplishes many things. First, you give every body a 'review copy' you know dpers love free review copies of stuff.....then, those who ACTUALLY read the report will be directed to your cb landing page....so you benefit from DP traffic...without actually selling on DP.

JMO...this could be a good combination....marketing on dp but selling on cb. IDK....unless you just want some quick cash and don't care what the outcome is, sell directly on DP.....it's up to you dude....

The methods, at the end of the day, do what most ideas in here do - they convert CL traffic. However, the way I do it is unique.

I am currently using the methods as I write so they do work. As I mentioned to someone else, maybe in a PM, I am currently making $10 - $20 per day with these two angles and I haven't even begun to ramp it up. I'd be looking to get $50-$100 a pop and I'd probably put a cap on sales at 10 or 20 copies.

I've considered outsourcing but seeing what happened with RU and his methods, I learned that someone will always leak the info so if it's going to get out there anyway via someone spilling the beans, I might as well get paid for it.

I like the idea of the free report. I may try that out.

50 bucks for something that makes up 20 a day. I maybe interested. What kind of offers/products your selling? Time invested? Ip's/PVA needed? Auto/Manual reply? etc.

Actually, with just a tiny bit of scaling, this will certainly earn more than $20 per day. Multiple IP's/PVA's would be helpful but right now, I'm using a single IP and a single PVA.

I'm hoping to obtain a few PVAs over the weekend to scale this up a bit but I also need additional IP's.

Right now, I'm using landing pages to convert certain offers and completely ignoring any email inquiries I get. I suppose I should be trying to convert those manually as well.

At the moment, I spend about 20 minutes or so a day posting ads. The most tedious part was building the landing pages and the ads. Anything I sell will include sample ads/LPs to be used as templates.

One more question.

Are these CPA offers, Clickbank, email/zip offers?

I would not sell them till I had explored the opportunity of outsourcing/JV'ing

The people who know how I work know that I like to test small ideas, ramp them up BUT they all had to be outsourceable and JVable

If I was you i'd scale it by say 300% manually then look at where you can A)automate B) outsource and C) JV

You could be sitting on a $5k a month rev stream with about 4 hours work a week to manage your outsourcers

Thanks for the tip. I'm planning on trying exactly that this weekend, time permitting. I guess I'm sort of panicking a bit knowing that I've hit on something potentially big. I'll take my time on it and scale it up.
