Q: Can I run ads on the current videos on the #MC?
A: Sure, the current videos on the #MC have no copyrights so you can start running ads on them directly.
Q: Later if the watch time or the subs dropped as result of changing the niche, could that get the monetization disabled in #MC?
A: No, the channel already passed the new youtube update requirements, so no matter what happens after that, the channel monetization will still be enabled. unless it was because of your new content has copyright or something against Youtube rules.
