Hi,
Does anyone have an idea how to monetize Epoxy Flooring leads?
I am generating quite a lot of epoxy flooring leads all over the US, one method is to actually call contractors and try and convince them to purchase my leads (i dont sell the same lead to multiple people) and i will sell slightly cheaper than homeadvisor.

Is there another method that works?

Thanks!

You could try either:

- scraping or manually collecting emails & sending them over your details.
- Using snailmail & trying 7878's manual method located here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/22-letters-17-000-profit-in-3-weeks.354896/

Randomly...I'm in this space. 1 week trails work. Send them leads for 1 week. If they like the leads, start charging on a monthly basis. Keep track of how many leads you send. Look for someone who would pay even more for the leads.

How are you doing it? Contact forms?

So you think a manual method to find contractors and then emailing them? The conversion is pretty low isnt it? Did you ever try calling or know of an affiliate network that buys such leads?

That depends on you. Scroll the thread a bit and check out how 7878 presented the information to his prospects.

I have cold called leads and even the best lead salesman on the planet will have low conversion rates.

I've also done 7878's method and I don't remember how many I sent out, but I acquired 3 conversions from that.

I don't know of any that do, however, it doesn't hurt to do some research & gather some phone numbers. If you catch my drift.

Sell to an aggregator like home advisor. Or a CPA network.
Home advisor buys external leads?

Yeah, Thanks!

Forward the calls to a company that can handle them like LeadSmart. While they generate you some passive $, contact local businesses and try to arrange some deal - monthly set amount, pay per lead or revenue share model.

You can also contact the manufacturers of the products and ask if they are interested in working for you. Let them find the installers

The leads are contact info that people leave on the site, not calls

I think that the best option is trying to open the company yourself. I'm bit tired of trying to convince owners to purchase my leads they are doing money on mmy back.

you could create added value, try to sell a full product with extra added features for free. like Free consultation and design services, Anti-slip coating, Warranty and maintenance services, Custom logos or designs, UV resistance, Decorative chips or flakes

I'm interested in working with you I can buy some leads, and work as a sales guy for these companies. Worth a shot if they pay good I'll keep buying from you if you can generate leads within a certain radius of my area.
