I just came across this listing

http://www.ebay.de/itm/Iphone-5-/251149733033?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_77&hash=item3a79b0cca9

This seller is registered since yesterday, of course 0 feedback and he is selling an iPhone 5 which isn't even released but should be presented to the press today by Apple.
There are already bids, currently €200.
I think this is BIG scam and how can people be so dumb, is it really that easy to make money on eBay scamming people?
Also he says he only accepts bank transfer because in his eyes paypal fees are too high, yeah, don't think this is the real reason .....
Real reason should be, banks do not offer chargebacks ^^
Even better, he tries to explain why his account is new and no feedback, he says he has lost password for his old ebay account which had (of course) 100% positive feedback from 100 buyers, and he also could not restore password because he also does not have access to his email account .... *ROFL*

He looks to be drop selling it.

He is saying it will be released later and you can choose the colour when it appears etc. He is also saying that he will buy it from a store for you then send it.

But yeah..most likely a scam

Looks like a scam, but anyways rumors are that Iphone will start shipping from Sept 15th so may be he is allright!

yes he says it will be shipped Sept 21.
However, what looks also strange to me, he says it is without SIM lock. So where does he buy it from? He must buy it for full price, so what will he do if the final bid is e.g. €400 but he has to pay €800 or more for it?

Oh.. may be. God knows. the ebay seller goes mad. if that happens :D

Yes I also think so :D
I was thinking about starting an auction myself, however, as there is no guarantee that I will reach this price, I don't dare to do so ....
And selling BIN €1000 will leave me with €65 fees, so I could make a small €35 ....
