Selling fake nintendo units online..

I just found a supplier who can get me Nintendo gaming systems.

Not sure if they are replicas or just the Japanese released versions.
Packaging is not original for all of them.

Was thinking of selling on Amazon but could be risky and 2 bad reviews could get me banned.

Other option is doing drop shipping via Shopify + influencer marketing.

Any suggestions?

They have a whole class on that in clown school.

It is 40 hours and you have to pass an exam at the end to pass.

Definitely don't try amazon, or you'll be in serious trouble for selling fakes. I'd avoid it completely. You are liable if anything happens or the company comes after you.

Heres a suggestion.

Use the skills you were going to use selling those replicas to sell something else.

Yes or the authorities when a unit over heats and burns someone's house down, you're liable. Still take the advice of @Meddie and adapt it to sell drugs in prison. Avoid any 20st bikers called Mavis though

There is something called copyright infrigement.You don't have rights to sell products under the nintendo brand name.You are looking to get sued big time.

Hey man If you can profit from doing this go ahead but I don't really see a bright side from doing this especially getting involved with a big brand name like Nintendo. I see a lot of potential problems up ahead and I personally wouldn't do this. There's just a lot of risks involved and honestly, I don't see a good way of marketing these things and finding potential customers. If you're going to sell replicas of some sort I say go with the clothing/fashion niche.

I think there is a difference between selling replica sneakers, which still function as sneakers, look pretty good and like name-brands, to selling knock-off of fake Nintendo machines that won't play games and will generally rip people off, many of whom are children or parents of children.

I just think it's a bad scam.
 
Rapper 'Soulja-Boy' released a knock-off Nintendo gaming unit this year from Alibaba...
Pretty sure he just received a cease and desist notice & a hefty lawsuit from Nintendo. LOL :eek:

You either receive a lawsuit or C&D.. you cannot get both.. the first approach is C&D

I like this. 2 bad reviews == Amazon ban == 2 real people/families unhappy because of being ripped off.

Option a) Avoid ripping people off and find a method which doesn't include scamming people. Probably make more money.

Option b) "Other option is doing drop shipping via Shopify + influencer marketing." == finding a way to rip people off anyway

True Genius.
