Thanks for the advice. i think i change up my mind. Previously i purchase a EPN from some members and account get banned few 10days after that. Banned due related to a previous banned account. lol

It's ebays affiliate program, it stands for ebay partner network and you get paid commission for driving traffic to ebay e.g if someone buys something from ebay and they came through your affiliate link you get paid.
