Selling Bootlegs - Is it worth it?

I see that there are a lot of people selling (burned?) cds on CL. What's the general consensus on this? Seems really risky...

prob is pretty risky. but honestly I bought CS3 from someone for ten bucks off craigslist, but i met them in person and they gave me a cd.
