api from 5sim or other .ru website and charging x5 :)

It's customer duty to research all avilable options.

For me this is honest business as long no one is scammed.

There is fake acc pretending to be him. So?

All BHW purchases, ask in PM on BHW,
and ask him to send you TG link you can click.

Best bet would be to put here TG link and tell people to use it.
Search is often filled with scammers copying photo and misleading title.
