You can also sell them on the Warrior forum as a WSO. I've done this a few times and as long as they are quality articles priced right and your sales are limited you'll make money. The last batch I sold was 10 weight loss articles for $10. I limited it to 50 copies and sold them all within 4 days. It costs $20 to list so I made $480 profit.
I write my own unique articles from scratch and make them around 600 to 700 words. It's just something I do for fast money sometimes but there is always a market for quality articles. It gets easier once you have a rep for providing decent content.

From what I've gathered around the MMO realm, selling high quality "limited" release content as a WSO is one of the most guaranteed ways to make cash quick.. and once you've done a few WSO's and have a bunch of people that will vouch for you - you will sell out every time...
