So, in an excited fervor last month I purchased "majorbrandname"+keyword.net. After realizing that I might get sued for trying to do anything with it, I am trying to unload it. I was going to sell it on flippa but I'm not sure what to do with a site that doesn't have anything on it, has no history, etc. Any advice for someone who is completely new? It was registered via powweb.com.
