Selling an online lead generating website. any profit?

I built a site for a local repair business and it averages about 5 leads a week. The type of businesses that contact us for service range from huge corporations to small homes, and the money made from each call range from 300-1000 dollars on average. roughly estimated this website makes the business around 100k a year just on the leads alone. I also have the customer invoices and call records from callfire to prove it.

is there any profit selling these types of sites on flippa? complete noob to flippa. anybody have any input?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are better places than flippa to sell a site generating revenue that manner.

If you have a sales team (even if its just 1 or 2 employees) and have it all registered as a legit company, you might get some better offers if you sell it as a business rather than just a website. Of course, providing you've got everything in place
