    Hi guys

I'm trying to sell a domain from my portfolio, its an exactkeyword.com Apple[product].com its the latest product from Apple and has affiliations with Ferrari, Audi, Mercedes, Spotify, iHeartRadio, Beats music etc. (you can probably guess what it is).

The trouble is, the domain has no traffic and I'm having a hard time selling it. Flippa has explicitly told me I can't list it on their site because of trade mark issues.

Any advice on where I can sell this?

Please tell me you're not the guy who posted in webmaster central about the cheesy, crappy "buyapplemacbookair.com" or whatever the hell shitty site it was. If it's you, the site is garbage and DUH trademark issues indeed.

No one in his right mind is ever going to touch that domain. Drop it or get slammed by a lawsuit.

    haha

As you mentioned, I don't give a s**t about the trademark, I'm more than aware of the trademark issues and how Apple deals with them, but what I'm after is some blackhat advice - if I wanted softy whitehat then I'd post on namepros.com.

    Cheers guys

Well dude don't go into a battle with people who have deep pocket. Your domain would be seized guaranteed, but that's not all. You might end up in court defending yourself against the giants. Not cool atal.

Not sure if someone has a better thought on this.

I am interested in what it is, and it may not be worth anything now, but doesn't mean it can't be. Either way I will assume your serious & glad to discuss it/help if I can. Ignore the jokers

Here's a thought, identify the domain, the potential value & then the best manner to capitalize on it, which can be done multiple ways & doesn't mean you have to run from anyone.

Yes, agree... drop and run. Apple comes and hunt very fast. I had years ago problem with a domain that included word playmates(tm)... guess who almost sued me?! I transfered the domain to them - not speaking about Appple, but they will do the same.

If you want to ruin your life, keep the domain. If you want to keep yourself out of jail, drop the domain.

lol Apple have a huge team of lawyers who will get the domain of you in an instant, not worth the hassle developing or attempting to sell.

Dont even think about ebay if you have a single thought about it. You might actually get into a lawsuit, apple doesnt play on ebay
